I agree with you mcinelli. I've had that problem with other forums too. Also,I'm new here as well, and am pleased with the positive tone of the board.

I'm new to this board, and I want to second
the gratitude for the calmness of the
discussion here. The atmosphere at some of
the lists I'm on elsewhere has become
decidedly "hawkish" lately, and just reading
the kinds of things people say makes me

Glad to hear you guys are alright. The incidents are absolutely horrific and frightening, my stomachs still turns whenever I see it on TV and it is on all day and night on the radio as well, we've even been allowed to listen at work and that is rare. One very simplistic way of dividing people
in terms of their feelings about war, warfare, the military, etc., is to refer to
them as "hawks" and "doves". I was using it in the most extreme context of people who
are calling for war.
